Houston Maritime Energy Transportation Forum - The Future of Moving Energy by Sea
Houston is America's shipping hub. Join DNV and NACC Houston on Tuesday, November 3 for an afternoon on how we safely, sustainably and efficiently move growing volumes of energy by sea in an uncertain world.

Time & Location
Nov 03, 2026, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
DNV Houston, 19219 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77094
About the Event
Houston has become America's shipping hub. The brokers, chartering teams and traders are here, and so are the energy companies that depend on them. A year ago the outlook for LNG looked uncertain. Today demand for gas is back, new projects and vessels are following, alternative fuels are still in the mix, another IMO vote is ahead, and the ports that move it all are under pressure.
One question runs through the day: How do we safely, sustainably and efficiently transport growing volumes of energy in an increasingly uncertain world?
DNV and NACC Houston are bringing together shipowners, charterers, energy companies, ports, shipyards and technology providers for an afternoon of practical discussion on the future of moving energy by sea.
What we will discuss
Markets and geopolitics
Fuels and decarbonization
Infrastructure and investment
Vessels and technology
