About the Event
In the past year, the Biden-Harris Administration has announced a variety of federal programs and expanded its offerings to implement the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), through the IRA and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, is responsible for implementation of more than $100 billion in investments including management of competitive grants, formula funding, and loans. Additionally, in partnership with the Treasury Department, DOE is launching new tax credit and rebate programs.
In this webinar, DOE and the Treasury Department will provide an overview of the rebate and incentive programs available and coming soon. DOE also has expanded loan authority for commercial-scale projects and will share how its Loan Programs Office is engaging with companies interested in financing for foreign direct investment. Loan sizes typically exceed $100 million.
