Directions to River Oaks Country Club:
If you stay at a hotel in the Galleria area, drive east on San Felipe Street or Westheimer Road until you get to River Oaks Boulevard. Turn left. Drive north on River Oaks Blvd. to the club.

Reservations made prior to and including Monday, May 6, 2013: $200 per person
Reservations made after Monday, May 6, 2013: $225 per person

Please make your reservation early as space is limited and the event will fill up fast.

To make Reservation:
Please complete the booking information form below to confirm your seat. Credit card information is required to secure your reservation unless other arrangements have been made.

Tables can be set for: 10, 11, 12, or 13 people (13 people can be a little tight)

Companies can reserve as many tables as they wish on a “First-come-first-serve-basis”

Cancellation made after Monday, May 6, will be billed in full.

During the dinner, Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) will raffle
Two (2) Roundtrip Business Class Tickets on SAS from Chicago,
New York/Newark, Washington/Dulles Airport and San Francisco to Scandinavia!
NOTE: It is important to note that the tickets will only be good for origination in North America.
