About the Event

By virtue of their locations, offshore wind farms touch on a multitude of maritime issues and segments. With the development of offshore wind farms comes the complexities of operating in compliance with existing laws. This presentation will outline some key provisions in offshore wind contracts that require close consideration in negotiations between owners and contractors and will focus on maritime regulatory issues relevant to the offshore wind industry front, including Jones Act compliance, offshore manning and crewing requirements, and regulatory compliance with respect to offshore wind marine operations.
