On a cold February evening, the NACC team welcomed both members and non-members to test Homer’s theory on wine!
NACC member and friends were invited to join a warm Happy Hour event at the Tasting Room. This was to be a first of regular business social events to allow the discussions and dialogue flow freely amongst the participants. There was a great turnout with about 50 people attending in the chambre privée. There was a wide variety of companies represented and people rejoining from far and wide what was to many a lost initiative. The Chairman John Hurter and Head of the Marketing Committee Jacob Brechan welcomed the guests and shared some thoughts about the future of NACC and future events. The attending board members were introduced, and all were asked to enjoy the company and setting until further. NACC member and Marketing committee representative Christina Moldvaer had worked with the Tasting room to provide an excellent bottle of Pinot Noir for a business card lottery which was happily accepted by Andrea Sittig-Rolf from Seattle, Washington.
NACC and Team Norway have a multitude of topic specific arrangements and this Happy Hour was an unstructured social time meant to build the relationships that bond us.
We thank all that attended and hope that there will be Post-Covid opportunities to gather once again with our good friends!
